Job Title: Summer Intern 
Salary: HK$11,200 per month 
Entry Requirements: Applicants must –
(a) be permanent residents of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region;
(b) be students pursuing a full-time Bachelor degree with major in Marketing, Communications, or Social Work offered by post-secondary institutions locally or overseas;
(c) possess good oral and written communication skills in both Chinese and English and a good command of Putonghua; and
(d) have good knowledge in computer applications, including Microsoft Office, Chinese input method. 
Duties: (a) To organise and conduct talks, guided tours and exhibitions for the general public to introduce and promote green burial services of the Department;
(b) To assist in other promotional works as necessary; and
(c) To perform administrative duties in the day-to-day management of the Office. 
Terms of Appointment: Successful candidates will be engaged under non-civil service appointment terms. The period of employment is approximately 3 months from June to August 2024. Interns are normally required to work 44 hours per week and may be required to work outside the Office and/or outside normal office hours, during weekends or public holidays. Overtime work, where necessary, will be compensated by time-off in lieu. 
General Notes: (a) Candidates must be permanent residents of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region at the time of appointment unless specified otherwise.

(g) Holders of academic qualifications other than those obtained from Hong Kong institutions/ Hong Kong Examinations and Assessment Authority may also apply but their qualifications will be subject to assessments on equivalence with the required entry qualifications.
